Within the BioFach congress programme, PAN Germany will conduct a session on how to label sustainable clothing. BioFach fair will take place in Nuernberg, Germany from the 21st to 24th of February 2008.
During the panel discussion, speakers and participants will discuss which standards for sustainable clothing are already present, what they exactly do stand for, how businesses approach them and how consumers react on them. The panel will present the different existing standards for organic cotton fibre production, and will introduce standards and labels which comprehend additional aspects for sustainable clothing, such as social, environmental or fair trade.
The event will take place at BioFach fair on the 23rd of February at 15:00 to 16:30 in room Istanbul.
