  Das vorliegende PAN International Positionspapier wurde von der PAN International Arbeitsgruppe Alternativen zusammen mit den Regionalzentren und ihren Partnern erarbeitet. Das Positionspapier beinhaltet Bewertungen von und Einschätzungen zu Alternativen zu chemisch-synthetischen Pestiziden in der Landwirtschaft. Es zeigt Lösungen auf und geht auf Vereinbarungen des Netzwerks bezüglich des gesamten Themenkomplexes "Alternativen" ein.

  During the Third Conference of Parties to the Stockholm Convention beginning of May in Dakar Senegal, the World Health Organization Office on Public Health and Environment stated that WHO supports the Stockholm Convention, and is committed to reducing reliance on DDT in malaria control.

  In this paper the current knowledge on combination effects is summarized. PAN Germany demands that the authorities for pesticide regulation should consider combination effects regularly and in a methodically well-grounded manner in the risk assessment of pesticides.
